FAQ
Frequently asked questions
A little help with lenses, lens care and your orders.
How do I choose the right lens power and fit?
Use a current contact lens prescription and the fit recommended by your eye care professional. Do not change the power or fit just for a different look. Check the details for both eyes before ordering.
Do I need an eye check for colored lenses without vision correction?
Yes. Lenses with no vision correction still sit on your eyes and need a professional fitting and care instructions. Ask an eye care professional whether they are suitable for you.
What does lens diameter (DIA) mean?
DIA is the full width of a contact lens in millimeters. It is a fit measurement, so choose the diameter recommended by your eye care professional rather than selecting it only for its appearance.
Will the lens color look exactly like the product photos?
The result can vary with your natural eye color. Lighting and screen settings can also affect how photos look, so use product images as a guide rather than an exact color match.
What is the difference between daily and monthly lenses?
Daily disposable lenses are used once and discarded. Reusable lenses, including monthly lenses, need cleaning and replacement on the schedule recommended for that product and by your eye care professional. A monthly replacement schedule does not mean continuous wear.
Can I sleep, shower or swim while wearing lenses?
Remove your lenses before showering or swimming. Do not sleep in them unless your eye care professional has specifically directed you to do so.
How should I clean and store reusable lenses?
Wash and dry your hands before handling lenses. Follow the lens and solution instructions for cleaning and disinfection. Use fresh, recommended contact lens solution, never water, and do not mix old solution with new solution.
What should I do if my lenses feel uncomfortable?
Remove the lenses and stop wearing them if you notice discomfort, redness, pain or blurred vision. Contact an eye care professional promptly for advice before wearing them again.
Where can I check my order and delivery status?
Sign in and open My account, then Order history. Select an order to view its details, payment information and available delivery updates. If you need help with an order, contact us with your order number.
What if I receive the wrong item or damaged packaging?
Do not wear lenses if their packaging arrived damaged or already open. Keep the item and packaging, take photos of the issue, and contact us with your order number. We will help you check the next steps for your order.
